I am thankful to FSM for connecting me with Cindy through my veteran status with the Air Force. I was introduced to FSM at a Knowing You Matter suicide conference. Cindy has been working with me for over six months now. I’ve had many counselors, but Cindy is the first biblical counselor. None of the others seemed to help me. She definitely has shown me a new way of looking at the Bible and of actually applying it to my everyday life. Doing this has given me a priceless peace that the world doesn’t provide. Through my time with Cindy, she has helped (with God at the forefront) me to overcome the fear, anxiety, anger, worry, frustration, grief, codependency, etc. that I had been dealing with every day. I have grown closer to God.
When I started with Cindy, I was struggling with suicidal tendencies. I am eternally grateful that those have now all disappeared. She has taught me to turn to the Lord and not myself! I have learned so much. Many thanks to Cindy. The journey the Lord has brought us on has been wonderful. I wish her the best and pray the Lord blesses her for blessing others!

Meg came to me with a great load of trauma in her life. Prior to our meeting, she had been looking to mental health treatment as her primary means of healing. She had some deeply held inaccurate perceptions about herself and about the Lord. What a joy it was to watch as the Holy Spirit worked in her heart to counsel her (John 14:26) as she sought help from Him and learned to discard the false "god" of her previous understanding and replace it with the true God as revealed through His Word.
It was amazing to watch this self-sufficient woman be released from the bondage of false beliefs about God and to be set free by the TRUTH. It took courage and integrity on her part, and she faithfully did her homework even when she was busy and/or felt push-back within herself about these new concepts.
What an amazing God we serve! He wants His children set free from the devil’s lies and brought into the joy of trusting Him alone. I was honored to be part of Meg’s sanctification journey through Fallen Soldiers March.
