ENDORSEMENT STATEMENT

“I fully endorse Fallen Soldiers March. I have worked in the field of behavioral health on local, state and national levels since for 18 years. I have been a K9 handler and trainer for 17 years. I have seen first hand the incredible difference that having a dog in your life, by your side, and supporting you emotionally can make in the life of someone who is working to recover from an invisible wound.  Animals read us through our body language and often know us better than we know ourselves and give of themselves fully to their pack.  Having that unconditional love and support from another living creature is invaluable to instilling hope and facilitating the courage that is within all of us to rise to the surface and be a better version of ourselves.  Animals can be with us 24/7 and are not inhibited by worldly concerns, thus allowing us to have a guardian, a facilitator, and a guide to healing and learning to live fully and trust that the world can be safe and just again.”
